Requirements
Participants must meet the following inclusion criteria to be eligible for this clinical trial:
- Healthy Volunteers of Japanese descent – participants must be defined as being of first, second or third generation ethnic origin, with each set of parents qualifying as Japanese under the prior generation.
- Ages 18 to 55
- Smoking criteria: Must not smoke or use tobacco products beginning 7 days before screening through final phone call
- BMI: 18-29.9kg/m2
- Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician

Sex: Non-child-bearing F or M
BMI: 18-29.9

About study
The purpose of the study is to assess the safety and tolerability of single and multiple doses of the study drug in healthy Japanese participants. The study we are currently enrolling is to find potential treatment options for pulmonary arterial hypertension. Healthy Japanese volunteers are needed at this stage of research. This is a research study, and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time.
