Requirements
Participants must meet the following inclusion criteria to be eligible for this clinical trial:
- Healthy Men & Nonchildbearing Women
- Ages 18 to 65
- Smoking criteria: non-smokers
- BMI: 18-32 kg/m2
- Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician
About study
The purpose of the study is to test the safety and tolerability of single and multiple doses of the study drug in healthy volunteers. The study we are currently enrolling is to find potential treatment options for several chronic immune-mediated diseases, including ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, atopic dermatitis, systemic sclerosis with interstitial lung disease, and asthma. Healthy volunteers are needed at this stage of research. This is a research study, and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time.
