Requirements
Participants must meet the following inclusion criteria to be eligible for this clinical trial:
- Healthy Volunteers
- Ages 18 to 55
- Smoking criteria: Must not have used tobacco- or nicotine-containing products 90 days prior to check-in and must abstain during study participation.
- BMI: 18-30 kg/m2
- Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician

About study
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the study drug following single ascending doses in healthy participants. The study we are currently enrolling in is to find potential treatment options for smallpox. This is a research study, and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time. Must be willing and able to participate in a 3-night in-house stay, plus 9 outpatient visits.
