Requirements
Participants must meet the following inclusion criteria to be eligible for this clinical trial:
- Adults who are overweight with a BMI of ≥30 and ≤39.9 kg/m2 or ≥27 and <30 kg/m2 with one
- or more of the following diseases:
- Prediabetes
- Hypertension
- Dyslipidemia
- Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome due to being overweight
- Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician

About study
The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and tolerability of the study drug. And to see how effective it is at lowering the weight of overweight adults compared to placebo. The study drug is being developed as a potential treatment for weight loss. This is a research study, and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time. Study lasts 42 weeks.
