Requirements
Participants must meet the following inclusion criteria to be eligible for this clinical trial:
- Age 18+ (no max)
- Have high blood pressure that is not well controlled
- Be taking at least 2 blood pressure medications, one of which is a diuretic (water pill)
- History of :
- Heart attack
- Stroke
- Coronary stent
- Bypass surgery
- Carotid disease
- Peripheral artery disease
About study
Currently enrolling a clinical research study to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the study drug in participants with established cardiovascular disease (CVD). The study drug is being developed as a potential treatment for hypertension in patients with established CVD when added to standard of care antihypertensive medications. This is a research study, and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time.
