Requirements
Participants must meet the following inclusion criteria to be eligible for this clinical trial:
- Adults ages 50 and older with established cardiovascular disease or two or more cardiovascular risk factors such as
- Chronic Kidney Disease
- Type 2 Diabetes
- Hypertension
- Current smoker
- Overweight BMI >27
- Eligibility will be confirmed by the Study Team.
