Requirements
Participants must meet the following inclusion criteria to be eligible for this clinical trial:
- Healthy Women/Men
- Ages 65 to 75
- Smoking criteria: non-smoking/nicotine-containing products within 3 months of screening
- BMI: 18-35kg/m2
- Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician

About study
The purpose of the study is to assess the safety and tolerability of the study drug following single ascending oral doses in healthy adults. The study we are currently enrolling is to find potential treatment options for age-related muscle weakness. Healthy volunteers are needed at this stage of research. This is a research study, and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time. Available and willing to commit to study visit structure: You will be asked to participate in a 8-night in-house study with 1 outpatient follow-up visit.
