Requirements
Participants must meet the following inclusion criteria to be eligible for this clinical trial:
- Healthy Nonchildbearing Women & Men
- Ages 18 to 55
- Smoking criteria: Must not have used tobacco- or nicotine-containing products six months prior to screening.
- BMI: 18-29.9 kg/m2
- Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician

Sex: Non-child-bearing F or M
BMI: 18-29.9

About study
The study’s purpose is to test the safety and tolerability of an investigational drug in various doses in healthy volunteers. The study drug is being developed as a potential treatment for malaria. This is a research study, and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time. Available and willing to commit to study visit structure: You will be asked to participate in a 7-night in-house study with 5 outpatient follow-up visits.
