Requirements
Participants must meet the following inclusion criteria to be eligible for this clinical trial:
- Healthy Women & Men
- Ages 18 to 55
- Smoking criteria: Must not have used nicotine containing products within 90 days of screening and for the duration of the study
- BMI: 18.5-30kg/m2
- Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician

About study
The purpose of the study is to test the safety and tolerability of the study drug in healthy patients. The study we are currently enrolling is to find potential treatment options for lupus (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, SLE). Healthy volunteers are needed at this stage of research. This is a research study, and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time. Available and willing to commit to study visit structure: You will be asked to participate in a 7-night in-house study with 6 outpatient follow-up visits.
