Requirements
Participants must meet the following inclusion criteria to be eligible for this clinical trial:
- Healthy Women & Men
- Ages 18 to 55
- Smoking criteria: Non-smoking 6 months prior to check-in
- BMI: 18-32kg/m2 if applicable
- Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician

About study
The purpose of the study is to test the safety and tolerability of the study drug in healthy participants. The study we are currently enrolling is to find potential treatment options for chronic kidney disease (CKD). Healthy volunteers are needed at this stage of research. This is a research study, and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time. Available and willing to commit to study visit structure: 7 nights in-house and 10 outpatient visits.
