Requirements

Participants must meet the following inclusion criteria to be eligible for this clinical trial:

  • Healthy Women/Men  
  • Ages 18 to 25 
  • Smoking criteria: Must not have used nicotine containing products 3 months prior to screening
  • BMI: 18-30kg/m2 
  • Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician

About study

The study’s purpose is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of single IV doses of the study drug and how it metabolizes in healthy adult subjects. The study we are currently enrolling is to find potential treatment for acute cannabis-induced toxicity, including cannabis-induced CNS depression. Healthy volunteers are needed at this stage of research. This is a research study, and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time. Available and willing to commit to study visit structure: You will be asked to participate in a 3-night in-house study with 4 outpatient follow-up visits.

What’s the commitment?

3 Overnight

Some studies require overnight visits in our clinic. While staying with us, you will enjoy no-cost meals, high-speed internet access, and a variety of in-clinic amenities. These domiciling visits are often required to help control study variables, ensure availability for study procedures, and provide excellent medical oversight.

4 Outpatient

Outpatient visits are booked to accommodate assessments in the study schedule. These visits typically last 3–5 hours, but may vary per study.

Scheduled phone calls are utilized to complete assessments that do not require a visit to the clinic, such as tracking the well-being of participants, reviewing dosing or assessment diaries, or gathering additional study data.
