Requirements.
Participants must meet the following inclusion criteria to be eligible for this clinical trial:
- Healthy Men
- Ages 18 to 55
- Must not have used nicotine or nicotine-containing products in the 3 months before dose
- BMI: 18 to 32kg/m2
- Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician

About study.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of a single dose of the study drug in healthy adults. The study drug is being developed as a potential treatment against pneumonic plague. Healthy volunteers without pre-exposure to pneumonic plague are needed at this stage of research. This is a research study, and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time.
