Requirements
Participants must meet the following inclusion criteria to be eligible for this clinical trial:
- Healthy Non-childbearing Women and Men
- Ages 18 to 65
- Smoking criteria: Must not have used nicotine containing products 3 months prior to screening
- BMI: 18-35kg/m2
- Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician

About study
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability and how the study drug metabolizes when administered as single ascending and multiple ascending doses to healthy adults. The study we are currently enrolling is to iHealthy volunteers are needed at this stage of research. This is a research study, and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time. Available and willing to commit to study visit structure: You will be asked to participate in a 4-night in-house study with 15 outpatient follow-up visits.
