Requirements
Participants must meet the following inclusion criteria to be eligible for this clinical trial:
- Healthy Nonchildbearing Women and Men
- Ages 18 to 65
- Smoking criteria: Must not have smoked or used tobacco/nicotine products in the previous 3 months at the time of screening
- BMI: 18-35 kg/m2
- Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician

Sex: Non-child-bearing F or M
BMI: 18-35

About study
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability and how the study drug metabolizes when administered as single ascending and multiple ascending doses to healthy adults. The study we are currently enrolling is to investigate treatment options for hypercholesterolemia (high cholesterol). Healthy volunteers are needed at this stage of research. This is a research study, and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time.
