Requirements
Participants must meet the following inclusion criteria to be eligible for this clinical trial:
- Men and Women with higher risk of developing COVID-19
- Ages 18 to 64
- Must have one or more of the following risk factors:
- Asthma (moderate to severe)
- Diabetes (Type 1 or Type 2)
- Cerebrovascular disease (including stroke)
- Chronic kidney disease
- Chronic lung disease
- Cardiac disease
- Chronic liver disease
- Cystic fibrosis
- HIV
- Sickle Cell Disease
- Smoking criteria: Must not have used tobacco- or nicotine-containing products six months prior to screening.
- BMI: 18 to 32kg/m2
- Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician
About study
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the study drug in adults. The study is to find potential treatment options for the prevention of COVID-19. Volunteers with risk factors for developing COVID-19 needed at this stage of research. This is a research study, and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time.
