Participants must meet the following inclusion criteria to be eligible for this clinical trial:
- Healthy Women & Men
- Ages 18 to 55
- Smoking criteria: Non-smoking 6 months prior to check-in
- BMI: 18-32kg/m2 if applicable
- Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician

About study
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the study drug and how it is metabolized in healthy adults under fed or fasted conditions or a high fat diet. The study we are currently enrolling is to find potential treatment options for pruritus associated with cholestatic liver diseases (primary sclerosing cholangitis [PSC] and primary biliary cholangitis [PBC]. Healthy volunteers are needed at this stage of research. This is a research study, and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time.
