Participants must meet the following inclusion criteria to be eligible for this clinical trial:

Volunteers with established cardiovascular disease (CVD) or at high cardiovascular (CV) risk with uncontrolled hypertension despite treatment with >2 standard of care antihypertensive medications.
Ages 18 & up

Age: 18+

Sex: F or M

BMI: 18+

Smoker or non-smoker

About study

Currently enrolling a clinical research study to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the study drug in participants with established cardiovascular disease (CVD) or at high cardiovascular (CV) risk with uncontrolled hypertension despite treatment with >2 standard of care antihypertensive medications.  The study drug is being developed as a potential treatment for hypertension in patients with established CVD or high CV risk when added to standard of care antihypertensive medications. This is a research study, and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time.
