Requirements
Participants must meet the following inclusion criteria to be eligible for this clinical trial:
- Men and women with well-controlled HIV
- 18 to 55 years old
- Body Mass Index (BMI) of 18.5-31 kg/m2
- Must be on first treatment for HIV since your initial diagnosis
- Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician
- Available and willing to commit to study visit structure – You will be asked to stay in our clinic for 11 nights, return for 15 outpatient follow up visits, and participate in 1 post-study phone call.
About study
The study’s purpose is to test the safety and tolerability of an investigational drug on adults with well-controlled HIV. The study drug is being developed as a potential treatment for HIV. Adults with well-controlled HIV are needed at this stage of research. This is a research study, and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time.
